Three of us, working with bag and accessory brands of every size. We find your leather, we watch the factory, and we make sure what arrives is what you signed off on. Most of our time is spent in tanneries and on factory floors, not behind a desk. By the time your order ships, all three of us have had our hands on it.

We already have a plethora of pieces, made and in production. You can order any of them as they are, change the hardware or the way they are built, or use them as a starting point for something of your own.

Every project follows the same six stages. We have set them out in full so you know what you are getting into before you call us. The timings are what we usually see, not promises. They change with how many styles you have, how quickly tanneries can deliver, and how much groundwork is already done.
